1. How long does delivery take?

We usually ship orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

4. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Sale items and innerwear are not eligible.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

6. What if I received a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 48 hours of delivery at verellofficial@gmail.com with photos. We’ll sort it out quickly.
